Standards for Teacher Education Programme / B.Ed

Preamble

The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a professional degree program aimed at preparing individuals to become effective school teachers at the secondary and senior secondary levels.

Duration, Intake and Fees

1. The B.Ed. programme is a regular course of two year duration.
2. A unit of 200 students approved by NCTE.
3. Rs. 18,160 (Admission Fees) + University Charges (per annum)

Admission Process

1. A candidate can apply for admission to B.Ed. 2-Year programme by registering online on admission portal at university website.
2. A merit for admission is determined on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
3. After online seat allotment candidate has to report in the concerned college.
